Electrical impulses fly down synapse obstacles, racing against beads of sweat dripping relentlessly from my forehead. Every inch of my skin was now drenched, the salty tears and sweat could no longer be distinguished. The chemicals collided as the metallic barrel was shoved in my mouth, scraping painfully against the fleshy roof of my mouth. The icy metal lodged between my teeth, the nuzzle pushing against the back of my throat. I instantly gagged, but with my tongue pinned to the bottom of my mouth I could barely gulp. It was almost as if the barrel of the gun was attempting to become one with my airways.
